TMZ reports the Modern Family star filed court documents claiming actor Matthew Prokop, whom she split with in August, terrorised her both verbally and physically during the last four years of their relationship. Sarah Hyland split with boyfriend of five years, Matt Prokop, last month. Hyland claims he threatened to set one of her homes on fire and threatened that she would never see her dog again. The documents also allege that Prokop entered a rehab facility in August but was released on September 21, at which point the director of the facility contacted Hyland and advised her to take out a restraining order against her ex.
